It seems today that girls are influenced by the teeney weeney models in swim suits with big boobs and no fat.
This makes them wanna be like that, which leds to illness and insecurity.
Sure, you’ll have your fat-days or your down-days… but you are who you are, and you should be proud of it.
Yes, we’ve all hated our bodies once or twice or even more than that, even I have, and its not a good feeling is it?
But starving yourself just to be ‘pretty’ doesn’t solve anything.
Exercise, eat healthy and just carrying on with life can still have the same effect!
Changing yourself just to suit other people’s likings isn’t how you should live life either.
You were born with the intention of living a good life, loving who you are and loving who you’re with.
And the people you are with don’t want you to feel insecure about yourself.
Especially those who are perfect in size, and still call themselves ‘fat’.
Your not.
You’re beautiful in your own way, and if people can’t see that, then they’re not worth being friends with.
And sometimes, they have problems of their own.
But just be familiar with who you are, and how you are, not how other people see you.
Just because you may have a small chest, or large hips or thighs, doesn’t change who you are as a person… so you don’t need to change to fit that.
Stay positive.

1st Day- Thursday
After school I went up the mall and got picked up by Deb.
Went home, got changed and got my bags.
Left for Dads house.
Left for Port Macquarie.
It turned Dark, music was blaring, Brittany was singing :l…and so was I, but anyway.
Then we stopped at a petrol place and Dad got petrol and I went and peed. J
Then we set off again.
Another hour passed.
Stopped at Macca’s for tea.
Finally… we got there.
Sat around and watched TV…and explored the cupboards XD
Then Slept.
2nd Day- Friday
Haha! My fwends had to go to skool!
We went shopping.
I bought a green polka dot top from Jay Jays, and Deb got me some DIVA earrings, they’re the Rad!
Then… umm…
We came home and me and britt walked over the road to the beach.
And sat on a big rock and played in thw water and walked up and down the beach.
It was great fun!
That night we went to Hogs Breath for tea for Dad’s Bday J

3rd Day- Saturday
Today Deb was sick.

Well, I spent the weekend at Dads.
